Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING & CHARGES:
Our shipping charges are based on the current rates charged by UPS or USPS. To find the current rates go to www.ups.com or www.usps.com. While we realize shipping charges can feel high, we do not add handling or processing fees to the shipping charges.
** Free UPS ground shipping applies to orders over $50 shipping within the contiguous US. Will apply automatically to cart when minimum is met.
We ship as quickly as possible. Most online orders will take 24-48 hours to process on business days. We do not process orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Your order will be shipped via UPS ground shipping within the continuous 48 US states. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via USPS. (See Below for International shipments.)

Eastern Standard Time Zone: 7-8 Business Days
Central Standard Time Zone: 5-7 Business Days
Mountain Standard Time Zone: 4-6 Business Days
Pacific Standard Time Zone: 2-4 Business Days
Two Day and Three Day Delivery orders placed after 7 AM PST will not ship until the NEXT business day. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are NOT business days.
(Example: An order placed on Monday at 11:30 AM for 2nd day air delivery will not ship out until Tuesday. UPS considers Wednesday as the 1st day of shipping and Thursday is the 2nd day of shipping)
*****Please note: UPS considers the day before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day to be a holiday, NOT a business day.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that your order has shipped, along with tracking information. Please keep this information for your records.
*Returns must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To make a return, please e-mail email@example.com for return authorization. Your item must be accompanied by the packing slip and items must be in the original packaging.
Recipient is responsible for all return shipping charges. You may want to insure your return; *FIREWEED is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
A credit will be issued to the card used for purchase once we receive the return.
If you feel there has been an issue with the items you ordered please contact us immediately to make us aware of the problem. We are happy to replace items that are a result of product defects. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-888-488-0638 M-T.
